The 52 Hike Challenge is new to me. And to be honest, the public declarations and challenges have never been appealing before. But I heard about the 52 Hike Challenge and was intrigued. Hiking and walking outdoors has been a big part of my life lately, and I wanted to commit myself to doing 52 hikes this year. And an additional plus to taking this challenge is all the extra structure it’ll bring to my hiking blogs 😉
What exactly is the 52 Hike Challenge?
Make a personal commitment to become a better you! Take a break from your busy life and decompress through hiking at least once a week. This challenge is about changing your life in a positive way – getting the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of hiking. We call it nature therapy, and you owe it to yourself to reset and get back to what’s important – YOU!
